Restaurants and taverns in central Istria, 08. – 30.10.2022.
“Fall flavors on a plate in central Istria” (Jesen na pijatu u središnjoj Istri) will take place from 08th till 30th October, 2022, in the restaurants and taverns of central Istria.
In the mentioned period, the catering providers will offer traditional meals of Istrian cuisine prepared with local seasonal ingredients, with the aim to strengthen the gastronomy offer of the central Istria and further integrating the family run farms and catering providers in the post season.
The attractive menu contains the appetizer, main course and dessert with promotional price.
Here is the list of restaurants and taverns offering the promotional menus:
- Agroturizam Stara štala (Borut, Cerovlje): pumpkin soup, pork in mushrom sauce with mashed potatoes and sesonal salad, apple cake
- In Sylvis wine and restaurant (Sveti Petar u Šumi): home-made noodles with mushroms, pork on padel, cake with figs
- Konoba-pizzerija Capo (Cerovlje): maneštra, pljukanci with sause made with sausages and panceta, apple cake
- Konoba Dišpet (Zajci, Pićan): noodles with pumpkin and mushrooms, pork with mushrooms, flameed apples
- Konoba 2. peron (Cerovlje): baked cheese cake with apple jam, ravioli with pears and homemade cottage cheese in hauzelnut and honey sauce, pumpkin cake
- Konoba Jelenić (Lušetići, Pazin): mushroom soup, macaroni in mixed mushroom sauce and mixed salad, apple cake
- Konoba Marino (Gračišće): pumpkin soup, turkey medallions in mushroom sauce with salted potatoes and salad, cake with plums
- Tomažova konoba (Vošteni, Sveti Lovreč): grappa, Istrian plate, gnocchi in black sauce with sausage, prosciutto, panceta and mushrooms, autumn cake
