The Hvar Bodypainting event is organized in collaboration with Alex Barendregt, founder of the World Bodypainting Festival, ensuring a top-tier experience of artistic excellence.
This year, Hvar once again becomes the beating heart of art on living canvases, bringing together 17 international artists from France, South Korea, the USA, Norway, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Serbia, Israel, and Mexico.
Bodypainting – the art form where the human body becomes a moving masterpiece – celebrates creativity, innovation, and positive energy that connects people from all around the globe. The festival is made possible thanks to the dedication and vision of Lorena Matas, in cooperation with Alex Barendregt and the support of generous sponsors.
We believe this event, with its vibrant colors, beauty, and unique atmosphere, enriches not just Hvar, but the wider artistic community as well. For two days, the town will be filled with color, creativity, and artistic wonders.
