It is named after the autochthonous Slavonian breed of black pig, whose breeding began in the late 19th century on the estate of Count Pfeiffer, near the restaurant.
The black pig is a noble breed whose meat is characterized by exceptional quality and unique taste, and it is precisely this meat that strongly marks the menu.
